Bio

Kati Ihnat recently submitted her dissertation to the Department of History at Queen Mary, University of London. Her dissertation examines the stereotypical perceptions of Jews in twelfth-century North-Western Europe. She authored “Marian Liturgies and Marian Miracles in the Benedictine Tradition of Post-Conquest England” (forthcoming). This year, Ihnat focuses on the Jews in the medieval cult of the Virgin.
