Bio

Cornelia Aust teaches at Bielefeld University in Germany. She researches the history of Jewish communities in Poland and German-speaking lands from the seventeenth to nineteenth centuries

Aust received her PhD from the University of Pennsylvania. She has previously held fellowships at the Hebrew University of Jerusalem and the Katz Center.
