Education

While scholarship is a resource to be treasured, the Katz Center is also committed to the idea that it is to be shared broadly, creating programs that connect the insights and discoveries of new scholarship with students, groups desiring new knowledge and the general public. Working with institutional partners at Penn, in Philadelphia, and in other parts of the country, the Katz Center builds public programs and adult education courses around its annual themes, and offers organizations a way to develop their own academic programs with our help.

If you are seeking to learn more about Jewish history, culture or thought, we invite you to explore our offerings or to get in touch with the Katz Center director Steve Weitzman, or the Center’s director of public programs, Anne Albert.
