2018 Spring Public Programs

Nature and Science in Jewish Culture

This year, the Katz Center examines Jewish perspectives on science, technology, engineering, and medicine.

With topics ranging from the origin of the Jews to reductionism in art and brain science, our distinguished  speakers are investigating Jewish attitudes and ideas about living creatures, the earth, and the universe that governs them.

In addition, our fellows, visiting scholars from arounf the globe, visit local congregations with timely and engaging talks about their areas of expertise. Stay up to date by subscribing to our email newsletter or by following the Katz Center on Facebook and on Twitter.
